New President takes charge at IAPCO – PCOA wishes to congratulate, long standing member, Sarah Markey-Hamm, CEO of ICMS Pty Ltd and the new President of IAPCO. The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) is a not-for-profit membership association, registered in Switzerland. IAPCO Members are Professional Congress Organisers (companies, not individuals) that have qualified for Membership under the detailed application process by demonstrating that they consistently deliver PCO services to their clients and partners at high-quality standards.

Individual membership of the PCOA is available to conference and event managers, coordinators, producers and encompassing corporate and government in-house event managers. Eligibility for membership shall be determined by the Management Committee. Annual Membership is $120.00 AUD and is tax deductable. Apply online at pco.asn.au

Riverside Leads Significant Investment in Australian Events Management Software Provider EventsAIR

The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, has invested in EventsAIR, an Australian events management software solutions provider for in-person, virtual and hybrid events. Additional investors taking part include EventsAIR’s founder, Trevor Gardiner, several other members of the management team, and incoming CEO Matthew Donegan-Ryan. This substantial investment in EventsAIR is one of the largest ever in a private events technology company.
