Tim Birley Rising Star Award – Applications close 30th September

PCOA in partnership with the Pan Pacific Hotels Group, is calling for applications from our community to be considered for the inaugural Tim Birley Rising Star Award. Tim was an industry champion who tragically passed away in March 2022. Tim was the ultimate professional, and truly understood how to balance customer care with results for his hotels.

ICMS Australasia team celebrate record year, sunning it up on the Gold Coast

ICMS Australasia (ICMSA) celebrated the strongest 12 months in the company’s 57 year history with three days of staff development workshops and fab experiences on the Gold Coast in late July.

Off the back of conferences around the country, ICMSA Owner and Managing Director, Emma Bowyer, took the entire team away to refresh, refocus and get to know the new members of the company’s Christchurch office.
