Vaccinate For Events
PCOA, recognising how challenging the climate is for not only the event community, but the entire country, would like to encourage all members of the event industry to take a positive approach to achieving a return to normal times.
BECA is continuing to advocate on behalf of our industry sector for Federal and State Governments financial support for businesses unable to operate by the lockdowns, however there are other positive moves we can all make to chart a course out of the situation we find ourselves in at present.
The one thing that state and federal governments agree on is that the clear way out of these uncertain times is to reach a high vaccination rate across the country.
We urge our members to consult with their health practitioners and to follow the advised vaccination protocols, while encouraging their family members, friends, employees and suppliers to do the same.
Our industry has a golden chance to set an example to others by being a committed group wanting to make a difference and get back to business.
We are so committed to getting our community vaccinated, we are going to give away a complimentary registration to our conference to one of our photo entries. We’ll randomly draw the prize from all submissions on 15th October (or we will award the prize to the most creative photo as voted by our expert panel).
