MEDIA RELEASE – New General Manager for GCCEC

19 December 2024 Gold Coast, Queensland Nick Jeffrey has been appointed to the role of General Manager, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC).

The appointment comes after recognising the outstanding contributions Nick has made in his role as Acting General Manager. Over the past five months, he has been instrumental in ensuring continued smooth operations of the business, exceptional service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. Nick has also been responsible for key stakeholder engagement.

New executive director at ASN Events

Hannah joins Tim Hancock and Mike Pickford at the executive director level. She has been working at ASN Events for more than a decade. “It’s with great satisfaction to announce that Hannah is now an executive director of ASN Events and she joins Tim and I as principals of the company,” said Mike.

PCOA conference sells out

The annual conference for the Professional Conference Organisers Association (PCOA), taking place at Queen’s Wharf in Brisbane from Sunday, is set to be the association’s largest ever meeting.
