As you may be aware, the PCO Association established a Hotel Advisory Committee back in 2016.

One of the committee’s objectives was to improve dialogue between PCO’s, Hotel Sales Teams and Hotel Revenue Managers and to work towards ways of improving the level of communication and standard of professionalism between all parties.

With the collaboration of both parties a RFP (Request for Proposal) form was designed some time ago which you may currently be using. These forms have recently been updated to include our current PCOA branding and now available exclusively to PCO Association members.

Mary Sparksman, one of the PCO Association councillors has been using the RFP documents for some time. Mary said, “not only has the document simplified her requests for proposals, the positive feedback from the hotels has been extremely encouraging”.

We encourage all PCO Association members to use these RFP documents and to firstly support our Business Partners when sourcing group accommodation and conference venue proposals.
