AI in Events: From Big Picture to Practical Application

There is no shortage of conversation about AI in events, but far less clarity on what is meaningful, what is noise, and how it should be applied in practice. This session will provide a clear, balanced view of where AI stands today and what it means for event professionals.

We will explore the evolution of AI, the risks of over-reliance, and how to approach it as an assistant rather than a replacement. From there, we will shift into practical applications, including effective prompting and how to apply AI across event marketing and communications, attendee experience, and data and insights.

You will leave with both a clearer perspective and practical ways to start integrating AI into your day-to-day work.
