Google complements ATP’s vision of being an innovative and technology-focused organisation so it was great to see the latest technology being showcased and so many creative ideas being exchanged at Google Atmosphere in Sydney.
Cultural change and technological advance are reshaping the way people work today. Having the right vision to innovate and achieve transformational change is now essential to gaining competitive advantage.
More than 1,300 enthusiastic delegates attended Google Atmosphere in Sydney. Professional Conference Organiser, George P Johnson Coordinated the event with multiple suppliers working together to deliver an exhibition full of inspiring ideas on culture change, collaboration, agility and innovation in the new digital work place.
ATP’s Exhibition Hall was the centrepiece of this amazing conference, with demonstrations on Google technologies set out in colourful displays. Coffee stations and micro kitchens were set up around the Hall by Fresh Catering where visitors could grab lunch or a coffee break at any time of the day.
Half of the Hall was transformed into an interactive lecture theatre for talks with key note speakers and satellite sessions were set up throughout the rest of the Locomotive Workshop with seminars held in the Dining Room, the ATP theatre and smaller breakout rooms.
The challenge for the ATP team was the changing face of Google Atmosphere. Considerable lateral thinking allowed ATP to adapt to the constantly evolving brief. The team were challenged as the scope grew with new exhibitors, speakers and delegates joining the fold each day.
Communications brought the ATP team together with suppliers and event planners to ensure the smoothest set up for the exhibition. Clients were extremely positive!
“I just wanted to say massive THANK YOU for all your ongoing support in the lead up, and of cause the delivery of what was one of the most eventful events I have ever produced!
Despite the incredible pressure and the ongoing changes, delays and unexpected twists and turns, you were all fantastic, and I can’t thank you enough. The event was a success and that is in no small part down to you.”
