It’s human nature to try to avoid difficult conversations regardless of how confident or competent we are. Learn how to turn your difficult and challenging conversations from verbal tugs of war into positive, collaborative, productive and constructive problem-solving sessions with less stress and more success.
Matthew will discuss:
• What causes underperformance
• Why difficult conversations need to be had
• Understand the simple process of dealing with challenging conversations
• How to respond rather than reacting
About the Presenter – Matthew Bushby
Matthew has taught within TAFE NSW for over 12 years and has been the Head Teacher of Event Management at TAFE SWSi where he led his team to being National Finalists at the Australian Event Awards in 2014 for best Event Education.
During this time Matthew has also built his company up to being Australia’s largest Wedding Expo organiser, with more than 26 expos per year along with developing Australia’s first wedding insurance product. Matthew is well versed in product and marketing development from the public and private sector and is currently a Business Consultant for TAFE NSW.
